Job Description

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

· Overseeing multiple locations at once

· Working with recruiter to staff locations with PT managers and trainers

· Achieving revenue and profit goals

· Providing sales and leadership training to the staff members of your locations

· Following and enforcing company policies and culture

· Keeping a positive relationship with our gym partners and their employees

· Resolving customer service issues

Qualifications:

· 1+ years multi-club experience

· Personal training certification or fitness related degree preferred

· 1+ years sales experience

· Must have current, valid CPR/AED certification

· Tireless and persistent work ethic

· Passion for the fitness industry

· Energetic, motivated, and goal oriented

Compensation and Schedule:

· Base pay plus commission will total between $70,000 - $100,000 per year. The range is due to the size and volume of assigned district.
